Isabel Alcántara is a versatile professional that leverages relationships and taps into the strengths that those relationships create, with the intent to benefit all stakeholders. She is an attorney and bilingual in both Spanish and English. Isabel brings a wealth of expertise and a global perspective to her work. Her educational background includes a BA in Liberal Arts (with a focus on Psychology, Biology, and Spanish, from Roberts Wesleyan College, an MA in Literary and Cultural Studies of Spain and Latin America from NYU Madrid, and an MA in Bilingual and Multicultural Education from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares. She has a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University, School of Law and an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Regulation, with a concentration in securities law from Boston University.

In addition to her role at Severin, Isabel is the founder and principal at Alcantara Law, LLC, a law firm specializing in investment adviser compliance, music and artist law, and reputation management.

Isabel’s multifaceted background, spanning roles in the public and private sectors, equips her with a unique set of skills and insights, positioning her as a prominent figure in her field.
